The PZM-60 self-propelled grain loader combines the advantages of a PZM-120M grain thrower and an auger grain loader. The grain loading speed and loader capacity are quickly regulated by a frequency converter and range from 10 to 70 tons per hour.
Unlike a conventional auger, PZM-60 moves independently and loads itself with grain with the existing scraper feeders (as on the PZM-120M grain thrower). The pick-up width is adjustable and reaches 6 meters.
Unlike any grain thrower, the PZM-60 self-propelled grain auger loader has not a trimmer, but an auger from the combine. Accordingly, the grain does not fly out, but spills out of the auger into a trailer, grain truck, wagon or onto the surface of the warehouse. During operation of the PZM-60 grain loader, there is practically no dust, which favorably distinguishes it from any grain throwers.
The grain loading height is adjustable and ranges from 2.7 m to 4.27 m. The auger is installed on a special platform that rotates 280 degrees around its axis. This allows you to change the direction of grain loading in 2 seconds.
The screw rotation speed is easily adjusted by the installed frequency converter. This makes it possible to reduce the speed and thus the damage to the grain. As a result, it is possible to use the PZM-60 self-propelled auger grain loader when loading seeds of various plants.
There is also the possibility of using PZM-60 for moistening grain by installing additional nozzles and a hydraulic pump (this is important if grain in warehouses has low moisture content and because of this you can get less money from customers). During the rotation of the auger, the grain is mixed and, accordingly, uniform moistening. Installation of nozzles will allow you to sell water at the price of grain, but within reasonable limits.
It is also possible to install an innovative hopper on the PZM-60 screw loaders, as in the mobile grain loader with innovative hopper PZM-120B2.

Self-propelled auger grain loader PZM-60 works in the following order:
- The operator connects the grain loader power plug to the mains socket.
- The loader independently drives up to the pile of grain and further moves automatically or using the control panel.
- The operator lowers 1 or both scraper feeders (depending on the width of the grain pile).
- The operator sets the required grain unloading height by raising or lowering the auger using the winch provided in the structure.
- The operator sets the direction of grain unloading by rotating the platform with the auger.
- The operator turns on the grain loader auger PZM-60 and sets the required auger rotation speed.
- The operator turns on the loading elevator PZM-60 and sets the required rotation speed of the elevator and feeders.
- The operator makes sure that the speed of loading grain into the grain loader matches the speed of its unloading by the auger.
- After finishing loading grain, the operator turns off first loading grain into the auger loader, and then the auger.
