ОВС-5С is a stationary grain cleaner that cleans
and calibrates grain using an air flow, as well as brushes and sieves.
The OBC-5 grain cleaner is specially designed for high-quality cleaning and calibration of any grain, legume, oilseed, grass and other crops for seeds. This grain cleaner is small in size and weight and is ideal for small farms.
The productivity of the OBC-5 grain cleaner depends on the type of grain being cleaned, its moisture content and contamination, and reaches 5 tons per hour.
Grain cleaning on the OBC-5 winnower is performed on 3 sieves installed one above the other and a built-in aspiration system.
When cleaning on the OBC-5, the grain is divided into 5 fractions, namely:
- light impurities from the aspiration system;
- large impurities from the upper sieve;
- the highest quality grain from the middle sieve;
- puny and forage grain from the lower sieve;
- small impurities that have passed through the lower sieve.
