The PZM-120B2 grain loader is equipped with an innovative hopper and is designed for quick loading of any transport or warehouse. The productivity of the PZM-120B2 grain loader is up to 130 tons per hour (depending on the type of grain and seeds).
The main innovations in the design of the hopper of the PZM-120B2 grain loader are that it consists of a main hopper 1.9 m wide and additional 2 hopper enlargers, which are installed on the right and left side walls of the main hopper in 2 minutes without the help of tools. As a result, the width and volume of the hopper increase to 3 m and 2.9 cubic meters, respectively.
The innovative design of the PZM-120B2 grain loader hopper allows its owner to:
- it is easy to transport PZM-120B2 even in a small trailer by jeep, minibus, etc. without the need to remove the hopper (during transportation, the hopper enlargers are removed and folded inside the main hopper);
- accept grain from all types of grain carriers, trailers, big bags, front loader buckets, silos, augers, grain cleaning machines, etc. and then load it into transport or make piles of grain up to 9 m high;
- easy to maneuver between columns, supports or other obstacles in a warehouse with grain.
The width of the main hopper is sufficient to receive grain from trucks and trailers equipped with dosing gates located on the rear side. In the absence of dosing gates, hopper enlargers are installed on the main hopper within 2 minutes and grain is unloaded into the hopper through the tailgate of the grain carrier or trailer. The width of the hopper of the PZM-120B2 grain loader, together with the enlargers, is 3 meters, which also makes it possible to load grain into the hopper from the buckets of any front loaders (Manitou, JCB, LOVOL, KUHN, etc.).
