ОВС-25М ― self-mobile cleaner of heap upgraded with a capacity of 25 tons per hour.
ОВС-25М is a modernized modification of the scraper cleaner of the heap of self-propelled OVS-25 and has the following improvements compared to it:
- the presence of separately switched on lighting - forward, backward and the illumination of sieve boot, which allows you to work in the dark or in warehouses without lighting;
- the presence of remote control through the remote control, which increases the usability of OVS-25M;
- headlights, remote control and control panel have a voltage of 24 volts, which increases safety;
- the presence of a protective bumper that prevents blows of cars and trailers to the OVS-25M receiving chamber.
The heap cleaner upgraded ОВС-25М, like other models of the ОВС-25 grain cleaning machines we produce, is a self-propelled machine. ОВС-25М independently rides and loads itself with grain without the help of other mechanisms or personnel. Loading is carried out by a chain elevator, which is located in front of the ОВС-25М and picks up grain at a width of 5.3 meters (see video). Grain cleaning in ОВС-25М is carried out both by adjustable air flow and sieves, which allows to obtain high quality cleaning. The sieves are automatically cleaned by the brushes integrated in the ОВС-25М.
