Fertilizers are delivered from the hopper onto two rotating discs, which spread the granules on a strip 18 to 36 meters wide. The rotation speed and the design of the discs are selected in such a way as to ensure a gentle spreading mode. In this case, both the working width and the fertilizer application rate can be adjusted.
The spreading width depends primarily on the design of the discs and vanes. You can choose a mounted fertilizer spreader with discs, the design of which allows you to accurately apply fertilizer to a width of 18 to 24 meters or from 24 to 36 meters. Fertilizers are fed from the hopper onto the discs through filters and a system of independently controlled double gates. This allows, using a hydraulic drive, to quickly close and reopen the fertilizer supply separately to the right or left disc, or to both discs at once.
